Pragmatic Manager Email Posted
In July, I sent out the Pragmatic Manager email newsletter: 90% Done is Not Almost Done. I have finally posted it. Enjoy!
Management, especially good management, is hard to do. This blog is for people who want to think about how they manage people, projects, and risk.

Good concepts in the newletter,
In our defense systems clients, meaures of effectiveness and measures of performance are the basis of “done.”
0/100 are the only units allowed for workpackages in most defense contractors.
Getting that concept installed in our commerical IT clients is harder than it seems - at least for me.
