		<description>Libsyn is a great little company. They will handle all the nitty gritty and cover all your bandwidth, you basically pay just for the amount of storage you need. 

Plus they will easily get you setup in iTunes and all of that jazz.

		<description>My chances of listening to it would be greatly improved were it to be on iTunes. I don't think you need any special hosting for it though- just a website and an rss feed.  You might want to run some slides over it and get it on YouTube as well.</description>
