		<description>I strongly opposed against the idea that if a team cannot influence a decision, they should not be involved.

If a team is affected by a decision then, even when they cannot change the decision anymore, they should be involved. Their involvement is needed to get buy-in for the execution of the decision. Without the buy-in, the team will fall apart ultimately and effectiveness will suffer.</description>
