		<description>Hugging someone you're looking to hire or be hired by sounds inapproprate to me. Maybe it is a cultural thing, I'm not a Yank, as I don't mean it in a prudish way ... but I certainly do not perceive hugging as appropriate except amongst family or the closest of friends.</description>
