Projects take time -- I know, I've done a lot of them ( of course, getting hired as a project manager is different story entirely -- it's impossible.)
How can "hiring" be a project anyway if you ONLY read a person's resume for LESS THAN 30 SECONDS !!!
Bottom Line -- It's not a project, it's an excersize in personalities and economics...</description>
